We install a full machine at the end of a manufacturing line where different types of home appliances converge. Our machine, connected to your system, will create the right set of pieces for the incoming product at the speed required by your process.

APS Converge Machine is currently designed to manufacture a 5 pieces set for large frige every 14 seconds.

Automatable

Since we manufacture the pieces just in time it is possible to fully automate the packaging process. The robot will know accurately the position and shape of the pieces for the incoming product.

Maintenance

All our equipments include 4.0 technology for remote control and problem solving. All the critycal systems are redundant to avoid stops. We train your maitenance team for fast response, guided by our experts through user friendly augmented reality tools.
